Horizontal High Speed Twin Blade Mixers:
HS - 500 - D is a High Speed Horizontal
Sigma type mixer with two arms of the double helix type designed to
produce dough suitable for hard thru soft dough biscuits. The mixers
are designed with a tilting drum facility. This facility enables the
drum to be tilted forward to 120 degrees from the vertical to
discharge the mixed dough.
