Three Roll Sheeters:
Three Roll Sheeter
is the first unit in the Cutting Plant. This machine is used to
produce an endless homogeneous dough sheet of the desired thickness
that is fed to the Cutting Plant for further processing. There are
two stages of reduction that are carried out by a set of three
rollers installed in this unit.
